The Music Program at UTPB received a $5,000 scholarship for orchestra students from the Permian Basin Youth Chaverim.  The scholarship will help recruit and retain cellists and double basses for the University Philharmonic Orchestra in 2017-18.  Students who play the cello or double bass should inquire about this new scholarship at [email protected]
